Great service by C4! They arrived when promised, were polite and professional, and gave very detailed information on what they did. The issue with our AC was fixed and has been working perfectly since. I will definitely book them in the spring for the routine maintenance appointment!

I was in the middle of having my entire backyard landscaping installed when it became evident that my A/C units would have to be raised. I called C4 Mechanical and described the urgency, and in less than 24 hours Maurice and his associate arrived. They disconnected all A/C attach points and moved both units so that the landscaping team could raise the ground level. Then replaced both units, reconnected, and completed a full service to ensure the units were properly functioning. The job was completed within three hours as promised. I highly recommend C4 Mechanical, and will be using them every year for A/C servicing.

We had a power outage early yesterday morning that knocked out our AC. I called Maurice and he was on-site within an hour and had the issue diagnosed and repaired in another hour. He even went a step further to help us replace a fuse on an unrelated item in our shop. This is our 3rd call to him for different units and he answers every time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These guys are amazing! I love the honesty and thorough work they did. I knew they were amazing when Cy Porter recommended them! Maurice was professional, easy to speak to, he explained things to where I could understand it, and he has 20 plus years of experience in the HVAC game! He had a lot of knowledge. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs HVAC services!

My home air conditioning unit broke down at the end of June. I contacted C4 and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They explained the process, timeline, and broke down the costs that were better than the other competitors. From the moment he arrived, he laid down floor coverings to protect my home, was polite, and took the time to explain the entire process. Since the service, my new unit has been running far more efficiently, operating less often than my previous system. I looked up my Nest thermostat statistics for July 2024 comparing to July 2025 and my new unit has been running substantially less hours! I was so impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work that I had him return to service my second unit a couple weeks ago. It’s been about a month and a half since I requested the initial service, and both units are working perfectly. Highly recommended!

Maurice came out and did a great job! We did have to wait a couple of weeks for the back ordered part to come in, but he was always checking in. As soon as the part came in he completed the repairs ASAP. Great service and great communication.
